What kind of training will be provided to teach my agency users how to use the HMIS?
Training is provided by employees of Municipal Information Systems, Inc. (MISI) and HMIS staff. MISI personnel will conduct the initial orientation session on-line, with trainings tentatively scheduled every other Friday. HMIS staff will be doing follow-up one-on-one training, as needed and/or requested.
