Full training packages on a continuous basis both onsite or via one of our video conference training sessions are available. Informetica is so easy to use — if you have any experience with word processors, you will be ready to start creating courses using Informetica within minutes. We also provide training documents and access to detailed tutorials on the Informetica Support Website. From the initial Informetica setup, we provide superior customer service and knowledgeable technical assistance via net meeting, e-mail, and/or our toll free phone line.
