What kind of training requirements will be expected?
Before opening a restaurant, a franchisee must have an approved manager in place. Buffet and Delco managers must complete the Management Training program conducted at our corporate headquarters in The Colony, TX (a suburb of Dallas) and in our restaurants in the Dallas area. The training combines hands-on operations and classroom information on the Pizza Inn restaurant concept. The total training time is approximately four weeks. Express restaurant management will be trained on-site in a 2-3 day program. Will I receive opening assistance and ongoing support? Yes. After signing the franchise agreement and paying the franchise fee, you will immediately begin receiving assistance from the Pizza Inn training and operations department. Prior to and upon opening, you will receive on-site assistance. Throughout the course of your business operation, you will receive continuous assistance from our operations department.
