What kind of training is provided to all new RHDs and AHDs?
The first two weeks of July is dedicated to training Residence Hall Director staff with an employment start date of July 1st. Beginning, on or about July 15th through the first half of August, is dedicated to training the entire Residential Life Professional Staff. Biweekly training as well as winter break training is also provided throughout the year. Training for CDs and ACDs occurs in smaller segments which span over a longer period of time.
