What kind of training is available from ICC and under what terms and conditions?
ASTEC training has two components: (1) the theory and (2) the practice. Details of the theory training program are provided below. The practical aspects of ASTEC training are based on a specific field application (metal roof, EPDM roof, asphalt roof, concrete deck, asbestos-cement roof, sidewall, etc.). Training is available at the manufacturing site at no cost to new dealers except their own out-of-pocket expenses. Should a new dealer prefer to have training in-country or on (his) site, he would then be responsible for the trainer’s out-of-pocket expenses.
