What kind of training does Touchstone Crystal offer?
We are committed to providing each of our Touchstone Crystal Consultants the appropriate training she will need to succeed at each level of the organization, and if she chooses, to advance to the next level. As a new recruit you can expect a mix of training formats, ranging from updates from the home office, a Consultant Business Binder, which will be your primary reference tool as you are getting started, on-line training courses, monthly newsletters and personal training with your Upline and Field Development Manager. These resources will provide you with the fundamentals such as party flow, Touchstone Crystal product information, booking parties, selling skills, and recruiting. Training is an ongoing process with Touchstone Crystal and your Field Development Manager and/or Upline will work with you on personal goal setting and help you strategize a plan to help you reach those goals.
