What kind of training do LifeStation Care Specialists receive?

0

All LifeStation personnel begin their education process with 160 hours of formal classroom training with mandatory examinations given at the end of each 40 hour segment. This 160 hour period is followed by an additional 80 hours of classroom / practical application training under the guidance of our in-house trainers. Following this initial six-week (240 hour) period, our personnel are given performance reviews on a weekly basis for the first 3 months. After this initial training period our personnel receive performance reviews on a regular basis.
