What kind of things can my girlfriend do to help her get her period?
well, if she is pregnant there is nothing to do but give birth to start a period again. If she is not pregnant taking birth control pills can help regulate an irregular period. I kept going late when I was off of birth control pills, I went on them years ago before I was sexually active, I had to take them for other reasons. But when I started taking them I was regular, when I stopped taking them I would go weeks late before starting another period. Either way, she should talk to her dr before trying anything. It might be an underlying health problem that she doesn’t know about yet.
