SMART911 is designed to be compatible with any PSAP systems that use Windows-based technology (Windows 98 or newer) and a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system that complies with National Emergency Number Association (NENA) standards. SMART911 will provide your PSAP with a pre-configured SMART911 PSAP Appliance (server and database) to be installed on-site behind your firewalls and security. The SMART911 PSAP Appliance fits in a 1U rack space and requires a connection to the CAD serial port and an outgoing connection that is TCP-IP compatible to receive daily data updates. SMART911 software consists of a simple executable workstation application.
