What kind of tanks do they use in Thailand?

Alsmost all dive centers and liveaboard use 200-220 bar 12 liter aluminium tanks with yoke valves. You hardly see a tank with a Din valve. On most liveaboards and daily dive trips you can rent a 15 liter steel tank. Make sure you bring an din-adapter if you have a din-regulator. Most liveaboard have a few of them, but not the daily dive trips. Because yoke valves can only handle a maximum pressure of 250 bar, you don’t see any 300 bar tanks, like seen more often these days in Europe.
