WHAT KIND OF SWIMWEAR IS ACCEPTABLE AT THE POOL?
Toddlers should always wear a swim diaper surrounded by plastic swimwear to protect other bathing young people. We highly recommend non-potty trained youngsters be kept from the large pool. One accident involving fecal matter can result in closing the pool for a 24-hour period while the pool is treated with a high chlorine dosage. Parents should use the hourly adult swim breaks to request that their children visit the restroom for a break. Patrons with hair longer than shoulder length should use a swim cap when swimming. As Northbrook is a family-friendly facility, swimwear worn to the pool should show appropriate good taste.
