Parents can e-mail questions and/or concerns about the Parent Portal or Home Access Center to portalhelp@coppellisd.com. You have the option of emailing directly yourself or by submitting your information online and having it routed automatically to Portal Help by selecting the “Contact Us” link located in the upper right-hand corner of all Parent Portal webpages. Additionally, parents can call 214-496-6999 for phone support. If no one answers the call, please leave a message with a short description, name and call back number. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
