What kind of support is offered to New Century Scholars?
Student support is offered through activities and services provided by the public schools and SCC. Support services are coordinated by the NCS Coordinator who monitors student progress and arranges support services as needed. Social and cultural development is supported through leadership training, team building, cultural events and activities, and volunteer participation. Visits to the SCC campus and participation in workshops arranged by the college also support student growth.
