For customers who are in the process of building their Java RTS applications, Sun offers the Development Support. Standard level of Development Support is included in the Java RTS license fee for the first year of the project and can be extend beyond one year for a fee or upgraded to the Premium level. For customers who are deploying their Java RTS applications in the production environment Sun provides custom-tailored Deployment Support. Your Sun sales representative will be happy to discuss details of the offerings and assist you at selecting support option that best meets your needs. All customers as well as organizations currently evaluating Java RTS are also invited to participate in the Real-Time Specification for Java community where developers share ideas, questions and best practices on real-time programming in Java.
