What kind of support does Sage Software provide?
Sage Software will provide support for issues with the setup, backup and restoration for Peachtree company data files only if processed through the Peachtree Accounting interface. Sage Software will also provide support for issues regarding the backup and restoration for all non-Peachtree data files backed up through the Peachtree Online Backup agent, which is outside of the Peachtree Accounting application. However, Sage Software cannot troubleshoot problems with non-Sage Software files or applications after they have been restored through the Peachtree Online Backup agent.
