At Compass Point, a Resident Education Coordinator (REC), who is a live-on professional staff member, supervises 12 Community Assistants and the community of 560 residents. The REC serves as initial contact for residents, parents, prospective residents, and other stakeholders inquiring about or voicing concerns, input or questions related to Compass Point. At University Crossings and University Terrace I and II, an Assistant Director(AD), who is a live-on professional staff member, supervises 6 Community Assistants and the communities of 300 residents.
