WHAT KIND OF STUFF IS SOLD AT THE CANTEEN?
The Canteen is the camp store. It’s open everyday of the summer (except for the 2 Amusement Park Trip Days). You’ll go to the Canteen everyday to receive your daily snack. Your daily snack allowance lets you spend up to $1.30 without having to spend any money. (The allowance is included in the Canteen Fund which is paid in advance by your parents.) The Canteen sells stuff like: candy bars, Granola bars, pretzels, chips, ice cream, popcorn, soda, fruit drinks, bottled water, slushies, and more. The canteen also stocks general supplies like: batteries, stationery & stamps, prepaid calling cards, toothbrushes, single-use cameras, diabolos, devil sticks, nalgene bottles, Estes model rockets, a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, baseball caps, visors, backpacks, and carry-on bags.
