The program tries to maintain 8-10 students per year. There are currently 11 Ph.D. students (6 women, 5 men, including 2 minorities). Three are from Indiana, two from Illinois, one from Ohio, and two from Kentucky. Six were psychology majors and one was biology, and one was chemistry; undergraduate institutions include Purdue, IUPUI, Coe College, Northern Kentucky University, Morehead State, and Illinois. All had significant undergraduate research experience, and several were co-authors on published papers at the time of their acceptance into graduate school.
