The truth is there is no spikes good for hard and rubber tracks sure you can take out the spikes but the metal ring that hold the spikes will become damaged on hard surfaces then you wont be able to re-put spikes and it fills with dirt etc gets nasty i recommend Nike Zoom waffle XC Vl , or nike zoom racer Vl,JUST TYPE IN Nike zoom waffle LOL there is some for girls also.
