Just about anything a committee can think up; artists’ receptions, writers’ receptions, birthday or wedding celebrations, anniversary celebrations of classic literature, meals with special guests, screenings of TV/film/radio/theatrical productions, awards’ banquets, charity auctions, once-in-a-lifetime readings, even short trips to local events or sites that have some connection to WHC.
