What kind of special arrangements are there for people with disabilities and their aides?
People with disabilities are welcome at Urbana 03. You will be responsible for your own personal attendant (including registration and travel costs), who will need to complete a separate registration form. Wheelchair-accessible accommodations are available for those with physical limitations. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form if special accommodations are needed. When you arrive at Urbana on Dec. 27th, please check in together. Bus transportation from area airports to the convention and local buses will both be handicapped-accessible. For hearing-impaired delegates, a translation of the general sessions will be available in American Sign Language.
