What kind of sentences are imposed?
Typically, the sentence involves the performance of a certain number of hours of community service at an agency within the area selected with the needs of the offender in mind. The Teen Court proceedings and records are absolutely confidential. A suspected violation of confidentiality results in dismissal from the program.
