What kind of security/ reference checks do Tim Hortons do. Do I need to go & and pay for a police clearance?
If they hire you they may check with previous employers, but in Canada if you are not in a security level job, management where money and daily deposits are done, then Police checks and background letters are not required, I was a chef in Canada for many years and never did one for that type of work.
