What kind of security is being provided at Verve Tache Condominiums?
Access to the building will be via secure interphone located at the building entry. Closed circuit TV will monitor all building entry points including the lower level parkade. Deadbolts and peep holes will be installed in all suite entrance doors. All suites are pre-wired for suite security systems. Note however, that residents are responsible for the purchase and installation of their private, security systems. Programmable key fobs will be used to access the building entry and parkade.
