What kind of schedule do tutors work?
Tutor work schedules are absolutely flexible. Some College Success Center tutors work as little as two hours a week. Others work as many as ten to twelve hours a week. Tutors set their own schedules. Nearly all sessions follow a Monday and Wednesday or a Tuesday and Thursday schedule. The sessions meet at the same time each day: for example- Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 10:50 AM. By regulation, tutors may not work more than nineteen hours a week for Yuba College.
