I can’t really give you much advise or opinions on choices but i can link you to some HPI rally tires http://www.hpiracing.com/hpitires/rally/ and touring car rims http://www.hpiracing.com/hpiwheels/touring/ I have a feeling any touring car rim will be probably hold up ok, i don’t know of any specific rims made for a rally car.
