SOAH has approximately 30 Administrative Law Judges who are available to provide ADR services, ranging from arbitration to mediation to managing complex public policy dispute resolution processes. SOAH is prepared to handle ADR in all of the areas listed above, including construction contracts, employee grievances, and negotiated rulemaking.
