What kind of research does the BioTrust allow?
The only studies allowed are for medical or public health research conducted in accordance with guiding principles established by the Community Values Advisory Board. Before any samples are released to a researcher, the study proposal is reviewed by a panel of Scientific Advisory Board members to assess scientific merit and potential benefits.
