What kind of relationship will TIFFG have with KJFC? Is TIFFG a condo tenant in the building?
TIFFG will not be a tenant of the building. TIFFG will own the 150,000 sq ft of the Bell Lightbox building. We are currently developing a reciprocal operating agreement with KJFC, which will determine operating guidelines for our relationship. KJFC will own and operate the parking garage and restaurant, and will be selling condominiums in Festival Tower. We envision an enduring, family type relationship with KJFC that will provide great benefit to both parties.
