What kind of recreational space and equipment is in the residence halls?

All the new residence halls have a common lounge on the first floor with large screen TV, DVD player, full kitchen area and comfortable seating. Adjoining it is a rec room with ping pong and pool tables. Residential floors have a variety of common areas for socializing, including study rooms, lounges, and areas for watching TV.
