What kind of questions does the National Tenant Satisfaction Survey ask?
The questions asked during this survey will concern: • your level of satisfaction with building services, availability of services in or near the building, and improvements or deterioration in these services over the past year; and, • your level of satisfaction with the services provided by the people who manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of office buildings and specialized facilities.
