I did an interview at Manchester recently (not the same course, but was a life sciences course). My interview questions consisted mainly of things about me; what my degree covered in terms of relevant content for the masters degree, what I wanted to pursue as a career, generally about me. I ended up saying about things like my knowledge of biology, my relevant extracurricular activities (e.g. member of the institute of biology), outside reading, my final year project (I actually took this along and explained what I did; I suggest if there is any really relevant tasks, projects, presentations you have done related to neuroscience, take it along and show the interviewer what you can do). I didn’t get any sciences questions and I haven’t up to now heard of anyone going for a masters who has. I assume if they do, it shouldn’t really expand upon what you would have been taught anyway.
