Performance will be assessed using both image review and epidemiologic monitoring. NT measurement data submitted to your laboratory will be electronically transmitted to the NTQR website and analyzed for performance of the key quality review indicators. Quality monitoring reports will be available for providers and the provider’s Medical Director of Site / Supervisor on a regular basis. These reports will identify outliers and those in need of remediation.
