You need a program like Karaoke Builder Player (freeware) or Karafun (Even better, it allows you to cange the tempo/pitch) in realtime). Simply download, install and run it; open your cdg file (remember that the corresponding mp3 file has to be in the same directory) and that’s it! Macintosh users can download a program like Kjams Lite; the Lite version (free) has all the feature you need.
