What kind of Product Guarantee do I get with CRYO-LATOR™ Pipe Freeze Kits?
A. Our product / kit guarantee covers all the primary components of each kit. 1. Each CRYO-LATOR™ Pipe Freeze Chamber is covered for a 5-Year period against any workmanship / material defects found in the course of normal product operations. If any problems occur within the warranty period just return the defective component and it will be repaired or a new replacement component will be shipped at no cost. Please contact the office for warranty return procedures. 2. All other hardware components (feed hoses & fittings) are covered for a 2-Year period against any workmanship / material defects found in the course of normal product operations. If any problems occur within the warranty period just return the defective component and it will be repaired or a new replacement component will be shipped at no cost.
