What kind of privileges does the Business Service Administrator have?
All account information, including users, fax history, and billing activity, are centrally managed by the Administrator. The Business Service Administrator can: • Add, remove, or modify the privileges and access of selected users • Create “sender only” users without purchasing/assigning additional fax numbers • Monitor delivery status of fax activity • Examine billing activity and account information including statements, balances and invoices • Manage account information including password and contact information • Manage contacts and e-mail/fax communications from one central location.
