What kind of photos make the best canvas prints?
The quality of your final print is in large part dependent on the original photo. Here are a few tips for selecting an image. Tip 1.Photos taken outdoors or in natural sunlight usually produce the best results. If your photo is taken under artificial light you want to try and have an even light source (unless of course you are going for a very artistic effect with significant contrast). Tip 2. You want the subject of the photo to take up most of the photo. For example a picture of your son/daughter standing at the end of a long hall will not be as good as a close up of him/her smiling into the camera. Tip 3. Make sure your image is in focus. The canvas texture of the print will accentuate the fact that the image is out of focus.
