What kind of people would benefit from etiquette training?
• Anyone who comes in contact with other human beings can benefit. To quote Jonathan Swift, “Good manners is the art of making people comfortable. Whoever makes the fewest people uncomfortable has the best manners.” This applies to anyone who interacts with others in either business or social situations. In the business world, proper etiquette is critical to making good impressions with your customers and your management. In social situations it is important to make those around you comfortable, whether hosting a party, or dining at an event.
