What kind of people take Boot Camp?
People just like you! Some of our participants just need a jump start to their fitness program. Some are tired of the same old routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our participants have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. We will do our best to make the program just right for your fitness level. If you have severe knee, hip, or other health-related problems that make things like jogging, squatting and lunging painful, the Boot Camp might not be for you. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED TO TRY!
