What kind of people live in san diego?
Hi! My family and I just moved to San Diego from Seattle last year. We have three kids, ages 12,4, and 2. I love it here in San Diego. We live 10 minutes outside the city in Mt. Helix area of La Mesa. We are a very family oriented “family” so we really take advantage of all there is to offer here. We are thinking of getting rid of the 4 TV’s we own because we NEVER watch them anymore. When the sun is always shining there is always something to do. There are many things to do for free, like the beach, the parks, I could go on and on. My 12 year old just attended a professional baseball camp….for free! Because we are involved in our schools and our church, we are already plugged into a tight knit community and are making great friends. Yes, there are some big city problems like homelessness, crime, etc. You are going to find that everywhere you go if you ask me. Also, those things give us more opportunities for community outreach.
