What kind of pavement can the stencils be applied upon?
The stencils and latex paint works best on asphalt pavement, otherwise known as “blacktop”. There are paints that work specifically on concrete surfaces and can be determined by asking your local hardware store representative. In any situation, it is important that your pavement is relatively flat, free of large cracks, clean with no oil or other residue, dry and has cured for at least one year.
