What kind of pan do you use to make homemade deep dish pizza (like from Pizzeria Uno)?
I got my pizza pans from a restaurant supply place locally. Basically it is a Aluminum Pizza Tray. I paid $1.50 for each of them and they work just as well as the higher priced pizza pans. You could even check the local Dollar Store and see if they carry the cheaper pizza trays to save. I’ve used various doughs and never had a problem with them with my trays. For Square pizza’s you can just use a 13″ X 9″ cake pan. Aluminum works best but glass will work just fine. Lightly grease with shortening or cooking spray any pan you use.
