What kind of notice to vacate is required?
We require a full 30-day written notice of when you intend to vacate the apartment. If an extension beyond your lease term is needed, we require you to notify us prior to your original move out date located on the intent to vacate form. You have an option to extend in 14 day increments or less than 14 days at a higher daily rate. These forms are available to you online or by contacting us directly.
