What kind of newspapers and news items are available?
I like to keep up with current events, both local and international. – The Louisville Courier-Journal (http://www.courier-journal.com/) is the largest newspaper in the area. The University also gets a free daily delivery of the New York Times and USA Today (you will have to pay for the Courier-Journal). Also, there are several stands to pick up some free local independent newspapers. These newspapers are called Velocity and LEO (http://www.leoweekly.com/), and they address not only some current world issues but many local issues as well as entertainment, what to do around town, etc.
