What kind of music is played at the dances?
The music is always a good mix of various genres and eras to accommodate many dance styles and tastes. The music caters to the 40’s plus crowd with music from every era including Top-40, dance party music Big Band, Swing, Country, Blues, Latin, Light/Classic Rock. Some music is suitable for more than one type of dance. Even if there is a theme, there will always be a good mix at this dance unless it is clearly advertised otherwise.We do not any loud rock with a driving beat, Christian or secular. The lyrics are generally screened and we also play some Christian music, if it is danceable.
