What kind of money do class members receive?
Until the litigation is well under way it is impossible to determine what, if any, recovery might be possible. Some cases will go to trial while many others will settle. Still others may be dismissed by the court. A settlement usually involves a payment of cash, stock, other compensation or some combination of these awards to be distributed to all members of the class in proportion to the damages suffered by each class member.
