We can synthesize oligonucleotides using any commercially available amidite such as TAMRA, Cy3/Cy5, BHQ, Biotin, and other specialty dyes such as Texas-Red or Bodipy. In addition, we can also perform manual coupling to maximize yield with your in-house synthesized phosphoramidite. Remember, we are a custom DNA synthesis company.
