What kind of microplates can I use?

• The challenge of Imperacer compatible microplates is the need for (i) excellent protein binding capabilities and (ii) compatibility with real-time PCR cycler. Polypropylene modules common for PCR plates have insufficient binding capacities. Otherwise, common ELISA plates are not compatible with real-time PCR cycler. For this reason we co-developed TopYield modules (nuncT). These 96 well microplates (8 well stripes fixed in a frame) are optimised for superior performance in immunoassays and are compatible with any standard microplate equipment. Additionally, they are compatible with common real-time PCR cycler. TopYield modules are the material of choice and part of the Imperacer kits.
