What Kind Of Mic Do I Need?
If you decide to purchase a mic to use, you don’t need anything fancy. Just a simple mic for your computer. You can even use one of those $3 plastic ones they sell at your local computer store. If you want to get a multimedia headset (mic and headphones combined like they use in the fast food drive thru), you can pick up a nice one for about US$20 from Radio Shack. I’m using that at home. At my college, I have just a simple plastic clip-on mic that came free with my PC. They both work well.
