What kind of messaging services are available?
There are a number of ways in which you can message others within the Community. By right clicking on a name, you can send them an email, private message or and IM. You can initiate a one-on-one Web Meeting or start a chat session. If you wish to send a message to the entire community, you can click on the ‘Send a New Message’ link within the message box on the home page. This will post a new message for the entire community to see and comment on. 2.
